- נָהַל(b. h.), Pi. נֵיהֵל to quiet, support, lead (v. Del. Proleg., p. 17 sq.). Num. R. s. 12 (interpret. Ex. 15:13) נֵיהֲלָם בזכות התורהוכ׳ he supported them for the sake of the Law which they accepted, until the sanctuary was erected.
